Perfect rice is a science. Our “Perfection Covenant” ensures that your appliance meets the highest standards of culinary engineering. Because these are food-contact items and electrical machines, we maintain a strict policy to ensure hygienic safety and technical reliability.
3.2 The “Hygienic Use” Exclusion
- Non-Returnable Post-Use: In accordance with food safety standards, any rice cooker that has been used to cook food is strictly ineligible for “Change of Mind” returns. This ensures that every customer receives a virgin, unpolluted cooking environment.
- Sealed Return Window: For unopened, factory-sealed appliances, we offer a 7-day return window. The user is responsible for the return shipping of these heavy goods in their original “Shock-Proof” packaging.
3.3 The Technical Failure Protocol (Warranty)
- Dead-on-Arrival (DOA): If your cooker fails to power on during its first use, we provide a 100% Free Replacement (New for Old).
- The 48-Hour Inspection Window: Any structural damage (dents/scratches) must be reported via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the unboxing.
- Limited Warranty: We provide a 12-month technical warranty on the heating element and circuit board. This does not cover physical damage to the non-stick coating caused by metal spoons or abrasive cleaning.
