2.2 Electrical Standards & Usage Responsibility
- Voltage Compliance: All appliances sold on ChawalChef are engineered for the 220V–240V / 50Hz standard prevalent in the Pakistan territory. The user is responsible for ensuring their home wiring and surge protection meet the requirements of the appliance.
- Material Integrity: We guarantee that all inner pots and accessories are made of PFOA-free, food-grade materials. The user acknowledges that the longevity of these coatings depends on the use of approved non-scratch utensils (provided with the cooker).
- Operational Safety: The user agrees to operate the cooker on a flat, heat-resistant surface and never leave the appliance submerged in water.
2.3 Warranty & Logistics for Heavy Goods
Due to the weight and technical nature of kitchen appliances, ChawalChef utilizes specialized “Fragile-Handle” courier partners. The “Risk of Loss” passes to the user upon delivery. We maintain a “Factory-Seal” protocol to ensure no refurbished units are ever sold as new.
